Croatia: Day 5

Today is known in my book as the day of jumunji bugs! ( remember I'm writting about Wednesday, because we got back so late last night that I didn't have time to do anything). So, today we started painting the floor of our "house" green so that we can make a sunflower mural on it. While we were painting the potential doners came to look at the building to make sure it was really worth a donation. Needless to say, they left thinking it def was. They walked up to our sleeping areas and I heard them say, " holy shit, they live here?". We laughed so hard. We were like, " heck yea we live there! It's us you should be proud of!". After they left, we went to Suncokret and played with the kids for the rest of the day. It was amazing! The kids are great and appreciate so much! Because of the rain we all just kinda spent the day indoors and theirs thirty kids, ten volunteers and 3 employees in one very small space! It's crowded but fun! We are all getting the hang of walking back and forth to the center every day in the rain. The rain is actually becoming my friend. But the freezing cold isn't:(. It needs to get warm. But for now we are thankful for the rain and cold. It means no gardening for us:)
well since today is really Thursday and I'm trying to remember back to yesterday I can't really rennet too much more!
